Product and Business Strategy
Focus on the fundamentals of product and business strategy, and how this applies to the development of products that meet customer and market needs. You will learn how to identify and critically evaluate market opportunities, analyse success factors for products, complete risk impact assessments and build commercial models.
Product Development and Operations
This course introduces you to the practices required to develop and manage a product. You will be analysing marketing and sales strategies, defining value propositions and product goals, and setting up product tooling systems. You will become familiar with product roadmap tools by creating a product roadmap comprising development and Go-To-Market elements.
Product Design and Customer Experience
Delve into the specifics of UX and iterative workflows and master the fundamentals of User Acceptance Testing, map customer journeys and discover the latest digital prototyping trends. Measuring, analysing and interpreting customer success data will be central to this course, and how these insights can be utilised to improve products.
Future Skills Elective

There are some pre-requisites for this course. You’ll need:

An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or a higher-level qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.

If you don’t have a bachelor degree or equivalent, you’ll still be considered if you have five years’ full-time work experience. You will need to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
