Watch: The future of cyber security in Australia

Our on the couch series continues with Sean Duca, Palo Alto Networks and Asha Rao, RMIT University

Last month, Prime Minister Scott Morrison identified Australia as the target of major organised cyber attacks emanating from a state-based actor.

It wasn't the first, and it won’t be the last. What has been brought to the forefront is that nationally we need to secure the skills in our local workforce to withstand future attacks and build resilience for Australia in an increasingly digitised world.

RMIT Online and Activator presents the next episode of the On The Couch webinar series, to discuss the state of cyber security in Australia and why this isn’t just an IT problem. Joining the panel is Sean Duca, VP and CSO for Asia Pacific & Japan at Palo Alto Networks and Asha Rao, Associate Dean (Mathematical Sciences) at RMIT University. The discussion is moderated by Matt Salier, Director of Activator and Cyber Ready Cloud Innovation Centre at RMIT.
