Throughout this course, you will:

• Build project walls and identify warning signs.

By the end of this course, you will have completed one final project demonstrating how to strategically plan and lead a team through an Agile project delivery. Upon completion, you will have the skills to effectively implement Agile methodologies as a project management tool into your team or workplace. 

This course can be taken as standalone but has been designed to be taken as part of a two-course Agile Delivery and Project Management bundle (with a saving of 10% across both courses). For a more comprehensive understanding of Agile Delivery and Project Management, we recommend that you also complete Digital Delivery with Agile.
