Our online teachers create great student learning - and they're mentors too!
Our RMITO teachers do an amazing job of personalising the online learning space. They need to be expert communicators of both course content and assessment expectations, but that isn’t all. Many of them are drawn to online teaching because they can connect the courses to real-life applications in the world of work. Drawing on authentic industry experience, they not only teach but they mentor as well. In this short video, one of our RMITO teachers Sarah Macdonald, who works in a demanding full-time role as a Head of Marketing, shares why she also finds her RMITO teaching and mentoring role so fulfilling.
